Booking Information

Full payment is required upfront.

Your Intake & Commitment Agreement must be completed before program appointments can be booked.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

If your program is deferred, it must be resumed within three months and completed within one month of resuming. Programs not completed within the required timeframe will expire.

No refunds are available once your program has commenced.

By purchasing an Esoteric Alignment Program package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Packages

2. Payment

Full payment is required upfront at the time of purchase.

Program appointments cannot be booked until payment has been received and all required intake, consent and commitment documentation has been completed.

Purchase of a program does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time. All appointments remain subject to practitioner availability.

3. Intake & Commitment Agreement

Clients must complete the Esoteric Alignment Program Intake & Commitment Agreement and any service-specific consent or intake forms required before participating in the relevant service.

The information provided should be complete and accurate to the best of the client's knowledge.

Clients are responsible for informing their practitioner of any relevant changes before subsequent appointments.

4. Subconscious Pattern Mapping

Esoteric Realignment and Complete Esoteric Alignment include a 30-minute Subconscious Pattern Mapping session.

This session is designed to explore the client's current challenges, recurring patterns, triggers, responses and desired changes and to establish a personalised focus for the program.

The session does not diagnose the cause or origin of a client's experiences.

Where possible, Subconscious Pattern Mapping should be completed before the other core program modalities.

5. Past Life Regression or Alignment Hypnotherapy

Both Esoteric Realignment and Complete Esoteric Alignment include one hypnotherapy-based session.

Clients may choose between:

Past Life Regression – a guided regression experience using hypnosis to explore experiences, imagery, emotions or themes that may arise in connection with the client's current patterns, circumstances or areas of focus.

Alignment Hypnotherapy – a personalised hypnotherapy experience focused on deep relaxation, releasing accumulated stress and mental or emotional tension, grounding, and supporting a greater sense of internal balance and alignment. Positive suggestion and visualisation may be used to reinforce the client's individual intentions, desired thoughts, emotional responses and sense of wellbeing moving forward.

The Subconscious Pattern Mapping session may be used to help identify the client's current areas of focus and intentions before choosing or undertaking their hypnotherapy session.

The appropriate option may be discussed with the practitioner; however, the choice remains with the client, subject to practitioner assessment and suitability.

Hypnotherapy and regression experiences vary between individuals, and no particular experience or outcome is guaranteed.

6. Service Choices

Where a program provides a choice between services, the client is entitled to one of the listed options only.

For Esoteric Discovery, this is:

• Theta Healing; OR

• Crystal Grid Body Alignment.

For Esoteric Realignment and Complete Esoteric Alignment, this is:

• Past Life Regression; OR

• Alignment Hypnotherapy.

Additional services may be booked separately at the applicable price.

Once a selected service has been performed, it cannot be exchanged for the alternative service.

7. Scheduling & Program Sequence

The program has been intentionally structured so that sessions build upon one another.

Clients are encouraged to complete services in the recommended order wherever reasonably possible.

Appointments are subject to the availability of the individual practitioners involved.

Where circumstances require a change to the intended sequence, Simply Esoteric will work with the client to arrange an appropriate alternative schedule.

8. Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a program appointment.

Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, the appointment may be rescheduled subject to practitioner availability and the program completion timeframe.

Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as used and may need to be repurchased or rebooked at the applicable individual service rate.

Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Simply Esoteric in circumstances such as genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

9. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in that session being treated as used.

A replacement session is not automatically included in the program and may incur the applicable individual service fee.

10. Late Arrival

Clients are asked to arrive on time for all appointments.

Where a client arrives late, the session may need to be shortened so that subsequent appointments are not affected.

The full allocated session will not necessarily be able to be extended beyond the original finishing time.

11. Program Deferral & Expiry

The Esoteric Alignment Program is designed to be completed as a connected journey rather than as unrelated individual appointments.

If a client needs to pause or defer their program, they should contact Simply Esoteric as soon as possible.

A deferred program must ordinarily be resumed within three months of the date of deferral and the remaining sessions completed within one month of resuming.

Where these timeframes cannot reasonably be met due to exceptional circumstances, an extension may be considered at the discretion of Simply Esoteric.

Unused sessions may expire where a client does not resume or complete the program within the applicable timeframe and no extension has been agreed.

Nothing in this provision limits any rights the client may have under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Change of Mind & Client-Initiated Cancellation

Because practitioner time and program capacity are reserved for participants, Simply Esoteric does not ordinarily provide refunds for change of mind once the program has commenced.

Where a client chooses not to continue for personal reasons unrelated to the quality or delivery of the services, unused sessions are not automatically refundable.

Requests involving exceptional circumstances may be considered individually by Simply Esoteric.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Practitioner Cancellation or Unavailability

Occasionally, illness, emergency or other circumstances may require a practitioner to reschedule an appointment.

Where this occurs, Simply Esoteric will arrange another suitable appointment without the client losing that session.

Where a practitioner becomes unavailable for an extended period, Simply Esoteric will discuss available options with the client, which may include rescheduling, an appropriate alternative where agreed, or another remedy where required by law.

14. Practitioner Suitability & Right to Modify a Session

Client wellbeing remains the priority throughout the program.

A practitioner may determine that a particular modality is not appropriate for a client based on information disclosed before or during the program.

Where this occurs, the practitioner will discuss the situation with the client and, where appropriate, offer an alternative within the practitioner's scope of practice.

No client will be required to participate in a modality they do not wish to undertake.

15. Nature of Services

The Esoteric Alignment Program combines spiritual, intuitive, personal-development, relaxation and complementary wellbeing services.

Experiences and interpretations are individual and results will vary between clients.

No particular emotional, spiritual, personal, financial, relationship, health or other outcome is guaranteed.

Tarot, Numerology, Akashic Records and other intuitive or spiritual services should not be regarded as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other appropriately qualified professional advice.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions following their sessions.

16. Hypnotherapy & Regression

Individual experiences during hypnotherapy and regression vary.

Alignment Hypnotherapy is intended to support relaxation, grounding, positive focus and the client's individual intentions. Responses to hypnosis and positive suggestion vary, and no particular emotional, behavioural or personal outcome is guaranteed.

During Past Life Regression, clients may experience imagery, memories, emotions, sensations, symbolic material or other subjective experiences. Simply Esoteric does not guarantee that a client will experience a particular state, recall particular material or have any specific experience during regression.

Material experienced during regression is subjective and should not automatically be interpreted as independently verified historical fact.

Neither hypnotherapy nor regression is intended to replace medical, psychological or other appropriately qualified professional care where this is required.

17. Age Requirements

Clients aged 18 years or over may participate independently, subject to any individual service suitability requirements.

Clients aged 16 or 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian during sessions where required under Simply Esoteric's booking policy.

Additional restrictions may apply to particular modalities where considered appropriate by the practitioner.

18. Complete Esoteric Alignment Ritual Kit

The Complete Esoteric Alignment package includes an Esoteric Alignment Ritual Kit.

The kit is intended to complement the program experience.

Individual products, crystals, scents, ingredients or presentation may vary depending on availability.

Where a particular product is unavailable, Simply Esoteric may substitute an item of comparable purpose and value.

Any instructions, ingredient information or safety information supplied with individual products should be followed.

19. 20% Program Benefit

Complete Esoteric Alignment participants receive 20% off eligible physical products purchased from Simply Esoteric during their active program period.

The benefit:

• applies to eligible physical products purchased in-store or through the Simply Esoteric online store;

• is for the enrolled client's personal use;

• is not transferable;

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• does not apply retrospectively to previous purchases; and

• cannot be combined with another discount, promotion or offer unless otherwise stated by Simply Esoteric.

Any excluded products or categories will be identified where applicable.

The benefit ends when the client's Complete Esoteric Alignment Program is completed or expires.

20. Program Capacity

Places in the Complete Esoteric Alignment Program may be limited to manage practitioner availability and provide appropriate continuity of care.

During the initial program period, Simply Esoteric may limit enrolment to one new Complete Esoteric Alignment client per week.

Purchase and appointment availability remain subject to program capacity.

21. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information provided during intake and throughout the program will be handled in accordance with Simply Esoteric's applicable privacy practices.

Information shared during individual sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially, except where disclosure is required or authorised by law or where otherwise explained in applicable consent documentation.

Where multiple practitioners are involved in delivering the program, relevant information will only be shared between practitioners where appropriate for program delivery and with the client's knowledge or consent where required.

22. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law entitles a client to a remedy in relation to goods or services supplied through the program, these Terms & Conditions do not limit that entitlement.

23. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an Esoteric Alignment Program package, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Program Terms & Conditions.

Completion of the required Intake & Commitment Agreement and any service-specific consent forms is also required before the relevant appointments can proceed.
